- Garage Sale on 9/27, 9/28 from 8:30-3:30; This is in conjunction with West Chester Station.
- 2013 Directory - "The Print Zone"; Advertisements should cover the cost of the directory, with little/no profit earned. List of potential and past advertisers was made and calls will be made to secure ad spaces. There is a max of 10 full pages that can be used for ad space.
If you are a dues paying resident of Rolling Knolls
and have a business you would like to see in the directory,
Deadline is September 30th.
You would need a pdf of your company's image.
Cost is $125 for a full, color page and $75 for a half, color page.
Dues paying residents can also have their business listed for free.
Non-residents can have their business listed for $25.
- Dues paying residents will receive a copy of the directory. If you would like a copy of the directory, and have not paid this year's dues of $40, PLEASE consider contacting Meagan Mapes to do so. - A delivery schedule of the directories will be determined.

"9. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any lot or in the dwelling or garage erected thereon, except that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept, provided they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose, nor in such numbers as to become a nuisance or offensive to other owners."

-The spotlight and photocells need to be checked on Friar Tuck entry as they appear to be not working.
